Pah Nor had her first encounter with unagi today. I think she was a little apprehensive of the thing because it was eel. So in way of explanation, here is how the unagi ia prepared.

Thank god I ate Unagi before reading this article...I can feel the tail end of the unagi i devoured just now, bubbling up my throat. I may just throw up at the first irritating patient i come into encounter.....
